Dear VTHS Families:
Please review below regarding credit recovery options for failed courses during the 2023-2024 school year. 2024 In-Person and Virtual Summer School- Credit Recovery/Make-Up Courses Final grades will be available on the Genesis Parent Portal starting Monday, June 13th, 2024.
In-Person Option: Summer Credit Recovery (In-Person) for 2023-2024 Grades 9-12 who failed the following courses: English I, English II, English III, English IV, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, College Math, World History, United States History I, United States History II, Geology/Earth Science, Biology, Principles of Chemistry and Physics, Environmental Systems, Physics, Chemistry, Financial Literacy, PE 12.
Program Schedule:
Monday, June 24th, 2024 until Friday, July 5th, 2024 from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM (NO CLASS 7/4) Monday, July 8th until Friday, July 12th from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. (to account for no class 7/4) ● Retaking one course; you will be expected to be present from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. ● Retaking two Courses; you will be expected to be present from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM. ● THIS PROGRAM WILL BE AT NO COST TO FAMILIES.

Virtual Option: Educere credit recovery course (Virtual), $195 each. Please be advised if you are signing up for Physical Education, you will need to enroll and pass both, the PE & the corresponding Health ($195 + $97.50). Please note that these courses have earlier deadlines.
Payment, by the family, is required at the time of registration.
